• ARRIVAL: 4420 Berryessa Knoxville Rd. Napa, CA. Plan to Arrive 1 Hour Before Your Start Time. If you are renting multiple pieces of equipment w/ multiple drivers, please arrive 1 and a half hours early. Kayaks & Paddle Boards arrive 45 minutes early.
• OTHER RENTALS: Are you renting boats or camping at any site other than Spanish Flat? If you are, you must drive your car to our shop. We are not on the water.
• You Must be 18 with a Valid Driver’s License (from any state or country) to rent or to operate our equipment. The license must be on them. No Driver’s Licenses on phones will be accepted.
• You are allowed 2 drivers for a boat, 3 drivers per jet ski (anybody 4+ years old can ride behind). All drivers must be here 1 to 1.5 hours early to go through training or they will not be allowed to drive.
• Fishing boat rentals are for people fishing ONLY. Upon arrival you will be asked to show your fishing license and gear for the day. If you are not fishing, your rental will be cancelled. These are not runabout vessels or to be used for towing any equipment.
• Cancelation Policy:There are no refunds on the money you have already paid. If you must cancel, you can do so up to 72 hours in advance and get store credit to use the equipment you rented another time. Any cancellations made within 72 hours of rental will receive a store credit minus the convenience/booking fees. Please call to reschedule. The second half of the reservation will be due at rebooking. Discounts/Coupons will not apply to reservations with credit. Credits are not valid on holiday weekends.
• Very Important: The person who paid for the rental must be present with the credit card that was used to pay for the reservation and their driver’s license to match the credit card, or the reservation will be cancelled.
• Damage Deposit Reminder:Upon arrival you will put down the damage deposit for your rented equipment and do the vessel inspection. Wakeboard/Ski Boats $1,500 to $2,500 depending on boat. Pontoon Boats $1,500 to $2500 each. Jet Skis $1,000 each. Fishing Boats $500-$600 each. Kayaks $100 each. Paddle Boards $100 each.
• Pet Policy: Pets are ONLY allowed on Pontoon Boats. There is a $50 per pet fee that will be charged. NO PETS ON SKI/SURF BOATS!
• Tubes: Our insurance policy only allows tubes that are rented through us to be pulled by our boats.
• Absolutely NO HARD alcohol allowed on any of our equipment!! If we find hard alcohol, we will cancel your reservation.

• Patio Boats can have (Up to one 12 pack of beer/seltzers or 2 bottles of wine is allowed)
• Ski Boats (Up to ONE 6 pack of beer/seltzers or a bottle of wine)
• Jet Skis are NO TOLERANCE! (NO Alcohol or marijuana is Allowed)
• Please remember you will be on federal property and marijuana is not legal federally.

We will be checking your bags, coolers, and water bottles.  Also, if you or your drivers arrive at our location smelling like excessive alcohol or marijuana, we will not rent our equipment to you. PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE!

Do not drink or smoke in our parking lot.

• Spanish Flat Recreation is where we launch your boat. They charge $20.00 per car for parking. Please bring CASH for expedited entry. Credit cards hold up the entry line and the launching process.
• We recommend using Google Maps or Apple Maps to find us. Put our address in your GPS or phone before you leave your house. You will lose your phone reception on your way here. ONLY AT&T and Verizon carriers work up here. We are .9 mile north of Spanish Flat Rec area. We are a yellow building with Boat Rental and Repair signs out front. Please Park in the marked spaces or in the dirt along the road.
• No gas stations or charging stations. Fill your car up or charge prior to coming to the lake.
• Except for Turtle Rock, there are no stores close to us.
• We have ice, drinks, small snacks, and sunscreen to purchase.
• No open fires/charcoal or wood BBQ’s after May 1st, during fire season, at the day use/campground.
• No BBQ on our boats at anytime.
